Party at My Place! Inaugural Eat the Weeds Workshop
Join me for the very first Eat the Weeds Workshop on our beautiful property in Ferrum, VA!
If you’ve been to one of my previous workshops, you’ll know what to expect — but this one will be even bigger and better. This will be a longer class with much more plant life to explore!
We’ll kick off with a guided group forage, discovering and collecting the abundance of edible and medicinal plants growing right here on the land. We’ll prepare a fresh wild-foraged salad together to enjoy alongside other creative wild dishes.
We'll also dive deeper into hands-on herbal crafting: you’ll learn how to make healing, plant-based salves, and we’ll create a group batch for everyone to take home.
This is a fun, relaxed, and immersive experience — a celebration of community, nature, and the amazing gifts growing all around us.…
