This blend was names as a nod to Sheldon from Big Bang Theory. He's always calmed, comforted, and rejuvenated by the soft kitty song... this tea blend brings that same all encompassing energy. 
Made with Nettle for its serious nutrient content,  anti-inflammatory and antihistamine properties.                                                                  Tulsi/Holy Basil for its yummy taste but also it's adaptogen properties that protectus from mental, physicaland emotional stressors, its antioxidant properties which help support healthy cardiovascular function, and its antibacterial, antifungal, and antiviral properties helping keep our immune systems strong. 
Mullein to clear mucus and soothe the respiratory system.  
Goldenrod for its anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and astringent properties- it helps dry up mucus. But I mainly chose goldenrod for this blend because of it's diuretic properties, it helps flush out toxins  including kidney stones and other bacteria in the urinary tract. 
Red Clover to support healthy cholesterol levels  healthy skin and happy hormones.  
Spearmint for taste and its digestive and antioxidant support.
